Mission Statement

I am committed to assume an active role in the healing process.

I serve by educating and taking the time to explain the pros and cons of pharmacotherapy, the combination of having psychotherapy with psychopharmacology and when possible, we review every other aspect of the person life to facilitate true and lasting healing.

I believe that healing comes from within and “when the person is ready the teacher appears” and people can learn to incorporate certain changes in their life from food habits to sleeping routines, to paying attention to their automatic thoughts and customs.
